Caitlyn McHugh
Senior Physiotherapist | Director
Caitlyn started Flow Neuro Allied Therapy to provide client centred, collaborative care to individuals living with neurological and vestibular impairments in the Hunter region.
Caitlyn graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2019. She completed her graduate rotation through the Royal North Shore hospital before returning to Newcastle to work in the private sector, specifically to work with clients with neurological diagnoses.
Caitlyn is committed to lifelong learning and continually strives to expand her knowledge and clinical expertise. Her dedication to ongoing education, combined with her client-centred approach, enables her to deliver meaningful and effective outcomes for the individuals and families she supports.
Jacqui
Senior Physiotherapist
Jacqui graduated University of Canberra in 2020. Since this time, she has further developed her skills to become a highly experienced in neurological rehabilitation. Jacqui has completed additional advanced training in the assessment and treatment of vestibular disorders, including dizziness and balance impairments, as well as post-concussion rehabilitation.

Alex is currently in her third year of Physiotherapy studies at the University of Newcastle. Having grown up in rural New South Wales, she has a strong appreciation for the importance of accessible, high-quality healthcare within local communities. Alex is passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes in their everyday lives and brings energy, empathy, and a genuine commitment to client care. Her enthusiasm and community-focused approach make her a valued member of our team.
Sashi Wills
Allied Health Assistant
Sashi is currently in her third year of Physiotherapy studies at the University of Newcastle and has always been passionate about working with people living with neurological disabilities. She is committed to finding practical solutions for clients who face barriers to accessing traditional clinic environments and enjoys helping people achieve meaningful outcomes in their own communities. Sashi's positive attitude, initiative, and genuine care for her clients make her an incredible asset to our team.
Sarah Davis
Administration
Sarah is our service flow facilitator. She brings a wealth of knowledge to our team having extensive experience in both NDIS and private health. Sarah is passionate about creating clear, efficient service pathways and works closely with clients and clinicians to ensure smooth, coordinated care from referral through to ongoing support.
Katie Lau
4th Year Student Mentorship Program
Katie is currently completing her final year at the University of Newcastle. Having previously worked as a biomedical engineer in Hong Kong, Katie moved to Australia to pursue a career in Physiotherapy in 2023. She has a special interest in neurological physiotherapy and has joined Flow Neuro in her final year to gain more hands-on experience. You will see Katie throughout the year shadowing Caitlyn.
